Why this matters

Separation rarely ends the conflict and facing it alone can leave women and children exposed.

75%
of abused women in Europe face economic abuse from a former partner after separation
50%
Up to half of young children exposed to parental conflict show PTSD-type symptoms*
25%
of separations are still high-conflict 3.5 years on... it rarely resolves on its own

Women & families

Separation takes more than a solicitor

Most people picture separation as solicitors and courtrooms. But on their own, the legal route can deepen the strain – slow, adversarial, and largely out of your hands and leave you exposed to post-separation abuse. Our framework is the support around all of that: six areas that keep you steady, protected, and back in control of your own separation.

Six parts of one framework — start with what you need most.

Conflict-Proof Communication

Calm, factual scripts and reply templates for high-conflict ex-partners, so a provocation no longer pulls you off course. Stop arguing in the inbox.

Court-Ready Documentation

Turn scattered messages and notes into a clear, chronological record that holds up. A judge reads your timeline, not your feelings.

Boundaries & Low-Contact Strategies

Firm, child-focused boundaries and low-contact plans that reduce friction and protect your energy, without escalation.

Child-Centred Co-Parenting Plans

Clear parallel-parenting and handover plans that keep the focus on the children and create durable, workable agreements.

Resilience & Mindset Reset

Trauma-informed coaching that steadies your nervous system and rebuilds resilience, so you can lead yourself with calm authority.

Strategic Separation Navigation

A bird’s-eye plan for the whole process: what to expect, where your leverage is, and how to work effectively with lawyers and authorities.

Organisations & business

High-conflict competence, for everyone who has to deal with it

Every high-conflict case touches a school, a workplace, and a system. We train the professionals who carry that load.

Schools, colleges & social services

Child protection is now a duty. The competence often isn't.

Since 2024/25, every school in Austria must act on child protection, yet training to recognise high-conflict parental dynamics is still missing almost everywhere. We equip teachers, school counsellors and social workers to recognise the signs and effects of high-conflict separation, and to navigate the difficult balance between parental rights and protecting women and children from harm. They leave with practical tools to support families through post-separation abuse and ongoing conflict.

HR, leadership & teams

Communication under pressure, and burnout prevention

Chronic interpersonal conflict is a proven driver of burnout. We train HR teams and leaders to recognise the signs of a high-conflict relationship and how it shows up at work, then to respond: support the person, signpost them to help, and protect both them and the team. We also build practical skills in de-escalation, clear communication and clean documentation that keep people healthy and able to work.

Meet the founders

Founded by mothers who walk the talk

Katharina and Sabrina didn't just survive separation. They built the roadmap through it. After facing toxic dynamics, endless legal jargon and the emotional toll of high-conflict parenting, they knew there had to be a better way, so they studied it, lived it, and turned it into step-by-step tools for regaining clarity, calm and strength. Today, Holistic Family Solution is their shared mission: to make sure other mothers don't walk that path alone, combining mindset, communication and legal awareness so women can act with confidence, protect their children, and stand anchored in their own power.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a high-conflict separation?
A high-conflict separation is marked by sustained hostility, repeated custody disputes, and an inability to communicate calmly about the children, often lasting more than two years. Research estimates 10-20% of all divorces fall into this category.
What is court-ready documentation?
It's a clear, factual, chronological record of events, communication and agreements, organised so it can be understood at a glance. We help you turn scattered messages and notes into a structured log that holds up, without drama or interpretation.
Do you offer support in German and English?
Yes. We work in German and English, so our support is accessible to mothers across Austria, Germany and Switzerland, as well as expat and international families in the region.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We build your competence: communication skills, documentation and a clear strategy, so you can act confidently and work effectively with your lawyer. We don't replace independent legal advice.
Do you offer training for schools and organisations?
Yes. We deliver workshops for teachers, counsellors and social services on recognising high-conflict parental dynamics, directly relevant to the mandatory Kinderschutzkonzept, plus corporate training on de-escalation and communication under pressure.
